LivingWell Coffee Roasters is a venture of LivingWell Pregnancy Centers, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Orange County, California. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to serve you, we tell you who helps us do it, and we never sell or rent your information.
What we collect
When you order coffee: your name, shipping address, email, and payment details. Coffee is sold and shipped through our roasting partner, Fourth Man Roasters, on their Shopify store, so your order and payment are processed by Shopify and its payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
When you fill out a form: the wholesale inquiry form collects your organization name, your name, email, phone number, city, and anything you write in the message. The shop notify form collects your email. These are delivered to us by email through a form service called Web3Forms.
Automatically: basic, aggregate usage data (such as pages visited and general device type) so we can understand how the site is used. We do not build advertising profiles.
Why we use it
To fulfill your coffee orders, respond to your inquiries, send the updates you asked for, keep the site working, and direct the profit to free pregnancy care. That is all.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only for that purpose:
- Fourth Man Roasters, Shopify, and the payment processor to sell, charge for, and ship your coffee.
- Web3Forms to deliver your form messages to our inbox.
- Our analytics provider for aggregate usage only.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it so that others can market to you. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you or as the law requires, then remove it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
Email hope@living-well.org to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, or to stop receiving updates. As a nonprofit, LivingWell is generally exempt from the California Consumer Privacy Act, but we honor these requests anyway.
Do Not Track
We do not track you across other companies’ websites. Because there is no common industry standard for “Do Not Track” browser signals, our site does not currently respond to them.
Children
This site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page and post the new version here.
